At Etch & Impress, we take pride in creating custom, made-to-order products and shipping them safely to you.

 

📍 Order Processing

All items are custom-made unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for larger custom orders.  Please see detailed shipping times in the items description.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders via USPS, we ship standard ground or Priority depending on your choice at check out.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery times vary)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Etch & Impress is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

🛑 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
